Money Spell
Money and Abundance Spell
Ingredients:
- 1 Green Chime Candle
- Money or Horn of Plenty Anointing Spell Oil
- Ritual Carving Tool
- 1 Monetary Bill (any amount you are able and willing to part with)
- Green Rubber Band
- Candles for Atmosphere
This Spell can be performed during a Waxing Moon or Full Moon.
Create an atmosphere by lighting as many candles as you wish to use in your surroundings. Take a few minutes to meditate and channel your focus. Once you feel you are ready to continue, begin to focus on the situation that led you to cast this spell and envision having the courage to change it.
Next you will consecrate and anoint the green chime candle. (Many Wiccan rituals require items used in spell-casting to be charged prior to the ritual. This can be done by bathing the items in moonlight under a full moon. However you may also verbally cleanse and consecrate an object at the same time).
To consecrate the chime candle focus your intent and purpose with as much clarity as possible. Visualize your personal energy flowing through the candle and infusing it with your own magickal empowerment. As you continue to visualize, recite a few words to cleanse, consecrate and enchant the candle. For example:
Earth my body, Water my blood,
Air my breath and Fire my spirit;
With the power of the four Elements in me
I cleanse and consecrate this candle
To grow my wealth and prosperity
So Mote It Be!
You will then use your ritual carving tool to carve a dollar sign on the candle.
Next you will anoint the chime candle with (Money or Horn of Plenty) Spell Oil. To anoint the chime candle you will use one of two methods. One method will draw energy toward you and the other method will draw energy away from you. For this spell you will want to draw positive energy toward you.
Add a small amount of (Money or Horn of Plenty) Spell Oil on the finger tips of your dominant hand (you may use gloves if you wish not to touch the oil). While holding the candle with your non-dominant hand, begin at the top of the candle and rub the oil downward toward the middle and stop at the center (you may do this while slowly rotating the candle and rubbing the oil to cover all sides of the upper part of the candle). Next, start at the bottom and work towards the center. Rub the (Money or Horn of Plenty) Spell Oil upward, while slowly rotating the candle to cover the lower half of the candle.
Once you completed the anointing ritual, you will then wrap a monetary bill of your choosing around the lower half of the chime candle using the rubber band.
Before lighting the candle, gather your focus and channel your energy. Envision having the sort of wealth, abundance, and prosperity you seek with all basic necessities accounted for and having more wealth to spend as you please. After taking enough time to meditate on your vision – light the candle and recite the following (3) times:
May the Goddesses shine upon me tonight
With grace, love, peace and light
To grant limitless wealth and let abundance flow
As this offering serves the seed from which my wealth will grow
So Mote It Be!
Upon completing the spell allow the candle to continue burning. You may remove the monetary bill or allow it to remain in place a while longer being careful not to let the flame get to close. After removing the monetary bill allow the candle to burn on its own until extinguished.
The importance of this spell is to release some of your personal wealth into the universe by donating or giving away the monetary bill of your choice. The more you give to the universe, the more the universe will return to you in abundance!
