Passion Love Spell

Ingredients:

1 Pink or Red Chime Candle
Passion or Venus Anointing Spell Oil
Ritual Carving Tool
Small Dish/Container (glass preferably – must be dedicated for ritual only)
Candles for Atmosphere

This Spell can be performed during a Waxing Moon or Full Moon.

Create an atmosphere by lighting as many candles as you wish to use in your surroundings. Take a few minutes to meditate and channel your focus. Once you feel you are ready you may continue.

Next you will consecrate and anoint the (pink or red) chime candle. (Many Wiccan rituals require items used in spell-casting to be charged prior to the ritual. This can be done by bathing the items in moonlight under a full moon. However you may also verbally cleanse and consecrate an object at the same time).

To consecrate the chime candle focus your intent and purpose with as much clarity as possible. Visualize your personal energy flowing through the candle and infusing it with your own magickal empowerment. As you continue to visualize, recite a few words to cleanse, consecrate and enchant the candle. For example:

Earth my body, Water my blood,

Air my breath and Fire my spirit;

By this moon’s light

I cleanse and consecrate this candle

So that love and passion may shine upon me tonight

So Mote It Be!

You will then use your ritual carving tool to carve a symbol that represents “love” on the candle. This symbol may simply be a heart, someone’s initials or the runic sigil for love.

Next, you will anoint the chime candle with (Venus or Passion) Spell Oil. To anoint the chime candle you will use one of two methods. One method will draw energy toward you and the other method will draw energy away from you. For this spell you will want to draw positive energy toward you.

Add a small amount of (Venus or Passion) Spell Oil on the finger tips of your dominant hand (you may use gloves if you wish not to touch the oil). While holding the candle with your non-dominant hand, begin at the top of the candle and rub the oil downward toward the middle and stop at the center (you may do this while slowly rotating the candle and rubbing the oil to cover all sides of the upper part of the candle). Next, start at the bottom of the candle and work towards the center. Rub the (Venus or Passion) Spell Oil upward, while slowly rotating the candle to cover the lower half of the candle.

After anointing the candle, pour a small amount of (Venus or Passion) Spell Oil into the glass dish. Set the dish at the base of the chime candle. Now begin to gather your focus and channel you energy. Take a few good moments to conjure all the excitement, emotions and feelings associated with having a new lover and newly found companionship. As you continue to envision these feelings – light the candle and recite the following:

With the power of the four elements in me

May the Goddesses grant my pure heart the key

To bring forth a fiery soul

To match my passion and make me whole

So Mote It Be!

Taking the (Venus or Passion) Spell Oil from the dish, dab a little on yourself as you would a perfume when you go out for a night on the town – but be careful not to wear too much!

Allow the candle to continue burning on its own until extinguished.
